Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Lookhunt iOS app ("App") and this website, provided by Selcora Mobile ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App. These Terms apply in addition to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

2. What Lookhunt does

Lookhunt detects clothing and accessories in a photo you choose and searches online stores for the same or similar products. It shows product photos, prices and links to the stores that sell them.

• We don't sell products. Purchases are made directly with the store you choose, under that store's terms, prices, delivery and return policies. We are not a party to those purchases.
• Results are automated. Detection and matching are done by software and may be incomplete or inaccurate. A result marked as a match may differ from the item in your photo.
• Prices and availability can change. They are set by the stores and may differ from what the App shows when you visit the store.
• Supported countries. Lookhunt searches stores in a limited set of countries, and results depend on what those stores and search providers offer.

3. Your photos and content

• Only upload photos you have the right to use, and respect other people's privacy.
• Don't upload photos that are illegal, sexually explicit, or that show minors in an inappropriate way.
• You keep all rights to your photos. You give us permission to process them only to provide the App's features, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Lookhunt Premium subscriptions

Finding clothes is part of Lookhunt Premium, an auto-renewing subscription available with weekly, monthly or yearly billing. Prices are shown in the App before you subscribe and may vary by country.

• Payment: charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Free trial: some plans start with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Managing and cancelling: you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

5. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple, and refund decisions are made solely by Apple in accordance with its policies. By making a purchase and subsequently requesting a refund through Apple, you acknowledge and agree that we may provide Apple with information about your purchase and App usage activity, as described in our Privacy Policy, to assist Apple in evaluating your refund request.

6. Ads

The App may show ads provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for the products and services they promote.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the App for anything unlawful, or to harass, stalk or identify people;
• copy, resell or automate access to the App, its results or our servers (for example with bots or scrapers);
• reverse engineer, decompile or try to bypass the App's security or subscription checks, except where the law allows it;
• interfere with the App, our servers or other users.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its design, name, logo and content belong to Selcora Mobile and are protected by intellectual property laws. Product images, names and trademarks shown in results belong to their respective owners and stores. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own non-commercial use, under these Terms.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that results will be accurate or complete, or that third-party stores, links and services will be available or reliable.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Selcora Mobile is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from purchases you make in third-party stores. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may limit or suspend access if these Terms are violated or the service is abused. We may change or discontinue features of the App.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top, and for significant changes we will let you know in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes are resolved by the courts of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the laws of the country where you live. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
